the General meeting of the permanent Conference of associative coordinations met on February 7th, 2008 and undertook the designation of its new directorate for the mandature on 2008-2009, indeed respecting a principle of parity women / men in accordance with the commitment taken during the signature of the Charter of Egalit in 2004.
The directorate undertook the election of its composite executive committee as follows:
JACQUES HENRARD (CCOMCEN) was reelected president of the CPCA unanimously.
5 Vice-presidents were elected:
- HUBERT ALLIER (UNIOPSS) there charges with contractual relations, with financing and with social economy .
NADIA BELLAOUI (League of Education) in load of associative commitment ".
- CORINNE BORD (CADECS) there charges with European business .
- PHILIPPE DEPLANQUE (CNAJEP) there charges with "territories".
- ALAIN FERETTI (UNAF) TREASURER of the association.
One, authority of autonomous representation of the organised associative movement, reminded at this occasion of the general directions of the CPCA:
- the promotion of civil dialogue, that is to say of recognition of associative movements in prior cooperation and monitoring of the implementation of public policies,
- the promotion of associative commitment for a voluntary work better accompanied and better admitted notably in the behaviour of associative plan,
- the promotion of the territorial structuring of the representation of the organised associative world and its recognition in all echelons of public decision,
- the promotion of a frame clarified and reassured by public financing and the recognition of the gains of social economy,
- the promotion of associative fact in Europe and notably of the specificity of the French associative model with regard to European norms.
