The general debate on the bill of Modernisation of the Economy which was held to the National Assembly yesterday gave occasion to all the political groups and to very reporter to reassert their common wish that the action of group is finally introduced into law on the occasion of this text. Many registered amendments in this direction by elected representatives of all political groups are the proof of this common will. This support of the elected representatives of a request strong in consumers, whom CLCV does not stop relieving for several years, cannot be any more unaware longer of the government

As well as underlined it some parliamentarians of the majority, it leaves of the credibility of the elected representatives today and authorities with the eyes of the consumers, which had only too much waited for the efficient means to emphasise their rights which they promise them many years, and the government of which does not cease pushing back adoption.

The action of group is absolutely necessary today to ensure the legal certainty of the consumers, corollary necessary to the development of competition and of economy wished by this bill. If this reform must once again be pushed back under some fallacious pretexts, the whole step would think there it should be discredit.

The elected representatives obviously entirely became aware of these concerns strong in consumers, and we bring them all our support so that they go to the end of this step, by hoping that the government will be able to show boldness in its turn and hear the voice of its constituents.
