As part of both questions, considered mutually essential, of job in associations and of reform of modes of representativeness of the actors soci taux, CPCA and CGT-FRENCH TRADE UNION made the official report of their parallel protests in front of ministerial refusal to pronounce on the amenity of agreement on professional training throughout life in social Economy signed on September 22nd, 2006 between three union confederations (CGT-FRENCH TRADE UNION, CFDT, CFTC) and three organisations putting together the employers of social Economy (USGERES, UNIFED, GEMA).
This refusal, which draws away the not commitment of the procedure of extension of agreement, has as object to disclaim the recognition, by authorities, of employers of social Economy as autonomous actors of collective negotiation on their interprofessional field, depriving so two million wage earners of the social Economy of the benefit of agreement.
Finally, CGT-FRENCH TRADE UNION and CPCA decided to extend their relations, notably as part of a mixed working party around the question of link between public service, general interest, social utility, associative sector and social needs.
