The associations of defence of rights and of reasons make for a long time integral part of social movement in France. They participate regularly in the national demonstrations organised by the big confederations of trade unions. This report everything in picture, was accomplished by the team of CPCA, manifests the diversity of reasons introduced during the demonstration of March 19th, 2009 in Paris.

Novelty domiciles nevertheless in the presence of collectives specifically mobilised on associative question, as collective "associations in danger" or the movements of popular education.

The collective Associations in danger (access to rights, solidarity and struggle against discriminations) so published a sales talk introducing his official reports notably with regard to the current measures of associative policy. They cross so partly the elements of analyses product by CPCA in the particular areas of the policy of the city and of exclusions.

The demonstration of March 19th manifests DAL therefore the diversity of associations in social movement, at the same time by "big associative reasons" (health - social, education, international solidarity), by the renewal of the means of mobilisation (to the collective " black Thursday "; Neither poor man, nor was subjected; France in unemployment etc.), by the appearance of new collectives territorialis s ("as associations in danger"). To note return also in the social mobilisation of associative sectors citizens and administrators, victims of the financial disengagements of the State or of groups (popular education, culture).

The work " the militant job " by Sandrine Nicourd, published in April, 2009 to the University Presses of Rennes, studies particularly the question of associative commitment by highlighting the specific and decisive role of organisations in the supervision of their activists and more widely in the training of commitment.

The new mind of democracy

The work of Lo c Blondiaux on "the new mind of democracy", appeared in 2008 to the Threshold, milking specifically of the request of participation expressed today under a not institutional and new form (blog, forum etc.).

To note also that the 10th congress of the French association of political sciences in September, 2009 will deal in a thematic section (N 37) of the junction of approaches between political parties and social movements: More on the whole, think of correlation between social and left movements invitation to wonder about the processes of emergence and of building of public problems as well as the mechanisms of the bet on political agenda.
