For the employers of social economy, he is today primordial considering the development of the activities and of jobs which they manage, not to leave others the care to interpret their conventions and agreements of firms and to regulate the litigations which concern them directly. Credit of the elected representatives is the pledge of credit of the judges who will return their opinions by taking into account interests and specificity of associations, cooperatives, mutual insurance companies and foundations.

Elections of an industrial tribunal of December 3rd, 2008 constitute a stake mattering for the employers of social economy who want to be admitted as actors of economical and social life and in this title to participate in consultations and negotiations of social dialogue.

We call all employers of social economy to vote for lists for Employeurs de l' Economie Social: Associations, Cooperatives, Mutual insurance companies and Foundations - from now on by correspondence, or in polling station on December 3rd.

AEES is constituted by the Grouping of the mutual firms of insurance (GEMA), the Union of federations and national labour unions of non-profit-making employers of the health, m dico-social and social sector (UNIFED) and of the Union of labour unions and groupings of representative employers in social economy (USGERES). Together, these three organisms unite 30 employers' labour unions in 15 branches of activities, which use about 2 million wage earners.
