The Socialist Group, radical, minor left-wing parties and related to the National Assembly deposited one relating to the protection of the missions of general interest allowed to social welfare and to transposition of directive services.

• by bringing finally, in very transparency, at the end of public debate, total, consistent and eurocompatible solution demanded notably by for more than 3 years.

These proposals join the recommendations of the general Inspector of social affairs, Michel Thierry, author last winter, of a report on the transposition of directive services.

If the deputies adopted this bill, what it is possible only to wish, it would be about a considerable advance to protect from the only rules of the market the missions of general interest allowed to social welfare in social cohesion, in national solidarity and in real implementation of basic rights.
