European social fund: a cooperation 2007-2013, what for? In knowledge +
CPCA, authority of representation of the associative movement organised in France, is very pleased about the installation on December 13th, 2007 by Madam national minister Roselyne Bachelot-Narquin du Conseil of the community life.
CPCA indeed pleaded from the catch of function of the Minister for a real installation of CNVA as associative authority of expertise and of advice put to the government. Some subject of associative policy is so recovering from a prior expertise of this authority before the stage of cooperation with organised associative movement. It is for example, as announced him Minister, of promotion and recognition of voluntary work which must promote first of all for CPCA the associative commitment on the basis of collective plan.
CPCA is also very pleased about the announcement by Madam Bachelot-Narquin of the bet in the agenda of the French presidency of the European Union of the status of the European association as well as of the governmental will of an increase of associative representation in the Economic and Social Council. These themes made integral part of the flat form of called CPCA 2007-2012 what would be the life without associations? .
Finally, CPCA takes note of the launching of a quality-label gouvernance and management responsible for associations announced by the Minister. If a working party ad hoc was recalled, this prior cooperation that CPCA called the wishes before any marketing should nevertheless be included into jobs of CNVA as part of its main missions. The results of this submission of CNVA should then be subjected to a political cooperation between the government and CPCA. CPCA Invites madam La minister to come to introduce the big axles of the associative policy in front of the associative movement united on January 19th, 2008 in the Palace Brongniart on the occasion of event local elections - Cantonal on 2008: associations get involved!
