It is an independent place of political interview which works on a full and whole recognition of stocks and interests of the associative world in the French society.
The Permanent Conference of Associative Coordinations (CPCA) is authority where gather different sectoral structures and affinitaires representative of various domains of associative activity (sports, culture, health and social, education, environment, international solidarity, rural development, tourism, family, student life, human rights, justice.)
She is aimed (at article 3 of statutes of CPCA):
CPCA is therefore the place where discusses, assesses, defines itself the place of associations in the French society.

CPCA develops partnerships with all organisations enlivened by same will to co-ordinate and political weight in associative movement.
She acts at three levels:
CPCA also works with the coordinations members to promote the place of associations as part of the structural financings or the European programmes in France (EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND FEADER FEDER).
CPCA meets finally associative interlocutors of countries members, as British National Council of Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), or of new entrants countries in the European Union, to compare the state of the relations of the sector with the public authorities.
