The 2nd conference of the community life was held yesterday in Paris after two months of preparatory work led under the aegis of the High commissioner to youth, Martin Hirsch.
Fundamental stakes of society which represents the existence of a community life in France were highlit in the course of Conference. These stakes touch as well the domains of democracy, of economy and of social pact. Associations widely reminded of her and defended throughout the day as well as representatives of the State and of local authorities.
The community life is therefore an engine of our country with 12 million volunteers ; 1,8 million wage earners ; more than 80 % of confidence of the French in their actions.
In a message to associations, the President of the Republic so maintained that the time came made them all place which they deserve in our country .

These measures, often matched by studies or missions of prior reflexion, go on the whole to the sense of requests of the associative world. However, the impression that prevails is that of a gap persisting between the content of announcements and the importance of stakes of society carried by the associative world in the French society.
In an always constructive and propositional mind, CPCA wants to contribute now, to set up a true public policy of the community life as pointed it out the High commissioner. CPCA remains mobilised and will have to be entirely linked to this new stage. CPCA asks the High commissioner for a definite agenda over year 2010 as part of a committee of monitoring of conference.
