Positive discrimination, testing, debates around ethnic statistics... The question of discriminations took a preponderant place in French political debate these last years. The end of year 2009 will besides have been marked by the return to the foreground of the anonymous CV, and revival by Val rie P cresse of the campaign of struggle against the homophobie in the establishments of higher education. A good news, in sense where it highlights phenomena until then very widely eclipsed.

Flagrant or insidious, discriminations, which can be defined as an inequality of treatment founded on a criterion prohibited by law (as origin, sex, disability etc.), in a domain aimed by law (as job, accommodation, etc.), are present in every field of our daily life. Perhaps sums to us categorised without really knowledge, or in the opposite sums to us discriminants by ignorance?
