The present site is the property of the Permanent Conference of Associative Coordinations (CPCA), the head Офис of which is located 28, place Saint-Georges, 75009 Paris - France.
The editorial director of the Website is mister Jacques Henrard as president de la CPCA.

The Internet site of CPCA was supported by the national Direction of community life, of job and of trainings () as the programme n 163 of Mission Sports, youth and community life .
Objective n 1 aimed is to give a quality information to the young people and to the institutional users : The development of the community life is based on the knowledge of the sector by the institutional and the general public. Authorities contribute to favour a simple and equitable access of the users to an information of high quality.
The ministry (DVAEF) leads this mission to level national as to local level with centres of resources public and private (the departmental delegates to the community life, the centres of resources and of information of the volunteers (CRIB), other fulcrums and big associative networks). The clear information of the institutional users (elected, labour unions, federations.) the broadcasting of quality information to the users and to the general public allows (indicator 1.1).
