Unsurpassed increase among old persons, exponential development of services to the person, whose active bet of thousand beneficiaries of social minimums, policy those devoted to the publics in situation of dependency, hurries up of struggle against discriminations, the development of job calls an accompaniment of competence for quality services. It is a choice of society that cannot be made without the full recognition of the role and of the place of associations in the economy of our country.
CPCA introduces June 2nd in Tours, during a national event in region, its green book and its 9 proposals for an ambitious and clear national policy of support of job in associations.
According to an unpublished consultation of more than 950 association Офис-holders, whose main results will be introduced on June 2nd:
- About 70 % association Офис-holders have a positive perception of the job creation in the sector.
- About 70 % association Офис-holders think that the development of job in associations owes prioritairement support plan and missions of the association.
- More than 77 % association Офис-holders think that the organised associative world was not linked enough to the development of the policies of jobs helped in the sector.
So, CPCA asks:
- The recognition of the representativeness of the employers' organisations of social economy in renovated national social dialogue.
- The recognition of associative movements and of their representative authority in cooperation on new employment policy in the not commercial sector.
This green book was accomplished with the contribution of the Union of Labour unions and Groupings of Representative Employers in Social Economy (USGERES).
