Presentation
The coordinations of the regional associative Federations decided to create Frank Regional CPCA - county on March 7th, 2000. Founder charter was adopted on November 16th, 2000 by the present different coordinations, CELAVAR, CCOMCEN, CRAJEP, CROS, RECIDEV, UNAT FC, URAF, URFOL, URIOPSS. You can consult the complete list of members participants today in our rubric "members".
CPCA is the inter-partner organisation of the regional associative sector of Frank - County with regard to the political and administrative interlocutors of the region. It is meant to be force of proposal. She asks to be consulted on the whole on the transverse questions relating to the sector.
For the celebration of the centenary of the law of 1901 as part of Big National Reason, Frank CPCA - County organised a symposium on Saturday, June 9th, 2001 hitting "associative fact aujoud' hui". Approached topics were:
- Associative commitment: place of the volunteers and of the professionals in associative plan
- Actuality of the law of 1901: in the 3eme millennium, legal, economic and European dimensions
- Association and development: local development, sustainable development and town and country planning
